About the project

“Strogino Quarter” is a new modern residential complex with complete finish near the upmarket area in the north-west of Moscow.

DESIGN FEATURES OF THE PROJECT:

The structure of the building is a reinforced concrete frame space framework with rigid floor diaphragm to walls and columns joints, as well as rigid vertical structures to the foundation joints.

Floor-to-floor height:

Floor 2 – 3.8 m

Floor 1 – 6 m

Floor 1 – 4.4 m

Floors 2 to 40 – 2.8 m

Circular concrete filled steel tubes with 6,300 mm pitch along the entire height of the building:

– 620 mm diameter, C440 steel Core: B60 self-compacting concrete, A600C longitudinal reinforcement

Load-bearing vertical structures of the underground part of the building:

Reinforced concrete walls – B30 concrete, A240/A500C reinforcement.

Load-bearing vertical structures of the above-ground part of the building:

Exterior walls of the stiffening core – 300 mm thick, B50 concrete.

Maximum span of floor slabs – from 10,300 mm to 12,900 mm.

Monolithic beamless hollow-core 320 mm thick concrete floor slabs and cover. B30 concrete, A240/A500C reinforcement.

To form voids, prefabricated plastic waterproof stay-in-place formwork elements of a square truncated pyramid shape are used; these elements are manufactured by Sibforma LLC (Novosibirsk).
