About the project
A multi-purpose centre with apartments and underground parking space within the boundaries of Krasnoarmeyskaya and Malysheva Streets in Ekaterinburg.
The facility is a 42-storey building of non-orthogonal shape with predominance of radial, broken lines that consists of two distinct spaces divided by functional characteristics: the substructure and the high-rise part.
Offices, store galleries, restaurants, fitness center, and street retaiI will be located in the substructure. Residential apartments will be located on upper floors.
DESIGN FEATURES OF THE PROJECT:
The structure of the building is a reinforced concrete frame space framework with rigid floor diaphragm to walls and columns joints, as well as rigid vertical structures to the foundation joints.
The overall stability and spatial constancy of the building frame is ensured by the monolithic walls of the stiffening core and columns that are installed along the entire height of the building, as well as by the stiffening diaphragms of the substructure.
The floor to floor height of each floor:
– Floor 3 – 3.3 m
– Floor 2 – 3.3 m
– Floor 1 (variable) – 3.4 m; 4.5 m; 6.8 m, and 7.3 m
Floor 1 (variable) – 3.4 m and 4.5 m
Floor 2 (variable) – 6.7m, 4.5m, 6.2m, 3.4m (Floor 2 + mezzanine) – 3.3m (mezzanine+Floor 3);
Floor 3 to 6 – 4.2 m
Floor 7 and 8 – 6.0 m
Floor 9 to 36 – 3.6 m
Floor 37 to 38 – 6.0 m
Floor 39 to 41 – 4.2 m
Floor 42 – 6.8 m.
Load-bearing vertical structures of the underground part of the building:
Reinforced concrete walls – B30 concrete, A240/A500C reinforcement.
Circular concrete filled steel tubes with 8.5 m pitch:
– Floors 1 to 12, 1,020 mm diameter, C590 steel
– Floors 13 to 25, 820 mm diameter, C590 steel
– Floors 26 to 36, 630 mm diameter, C590 steel
– Floors 37 to 42, 530 mm diameter, C590 steel
Core: B60 self-compacting concrete, А1000С longitudinal reinforcement
Load-bearing vertical structures of the above-ground part of the building:
Walls of staircase and elevator units – B30 concrete, A240/A500C reinforcement.
Monolithic beamless hollow-core 300mm thick concrete floor slabs and cover.
To form voids, prefabricated plastic waterproof stay-in-place formwork elements of a square truncated pyramid shape are used; these elements are manufactured by Sibforma LLC (Novosibirsk).
